Hey there, my name is Heidi, also known as It Was You for my vids. In the past I've been quite active in the fan art community, but more recently I've turned my attention to vidding. I've been competing on and off for about a year now and love it! While I may not have an extensive vid library yet, I've been watching them for nearly 8 years now and I've learned a lot about technique and editing simply from the observation of others! I've finally decided to put serious effort into my own skills and make it a priority to punch out more vids.

My favorite type of vids to do are trailers and promos. I think mostly because I prefer using instrumental music to tell a story and using the rise and fall of music to impact the "EPIC-ness" of the video. I'm fascinated by the art/science of combining the perfect note with just the right scene to create that unique chill that goes up your spine.
